Excellent quality pump...the accessories are average.

This thing works amazing. The pump mechanism itself is quite remarkable. I think it's way more powerful than what you need for 1.75" dia cylinder. The silicone sleeve was a bit too snug for me once the pressure went up. If I could do it again, I'd get the pump mechanism separately and a larger XR Brands cylinder, and a different sleeve. I tried what was left of a fleshlight sleeve with the cylinder and it helps. But I think it would be also a good idea to have some kind of stretchy **** ring as well. My biggest issue is that I really needed a slightly larger diameter cylinder because I underestimated my ***** head growth under vacuum. Overall quality is still exceptional.
