CNV.com Inc. continues to hire while others fire - February 22nd, 2009

CNV.com Inc. welcomes Autumn O’Bryan as Vice President Sales, Marketing, & Business Development. O’Bryan will focus on strategic growth plans for CNV.com Inc. and for its divisions MyFreeWebSite.com, SexToyClub.com, and SexToy.com and its account holders.

O’Bryan is an industry veteran with over fifteen years experience in all aspects of adult product development and sales. While in her early twenties, O’Bryan created Midnight Madness Adult Novelties, a nationwide home party company that also offered wholesale and drop ship services. After selling her company, she joined industry leader Topco Sales as Executive Director of Product Development. “I am really excited about the opportunity to welcome such a high-energy, knowledgeable, accomplished person to the CNV team” said Dave Levine, president of CNV.com. “She has a vertical knowledge of the adult-product industry and has extensive experience in product development, manufacturing, distribution, as well as marketing and sales.”

While other companies nationwide reduce their workforces in an effort to recover during economic uncertainty, CNV.com continues to hire key team members. In the past twelve months, CNV.com has recruited several high-level programmers and expanded its executive staff. “I look around and see other companies pulling back, but I believe that this is the time to charge ahead. Adding really smart, talented, experienced people to our team is a good business decision, regardless of what is going on in the economy.”

Convergence, Inc., one of the earliest online retail stores founded in 1994 and flagship for sextoy.com and other adult online retail websites and business opportunities, registered a new corporate name that will eventually replace Convergence, Inc. The new corporate name is CNV.com, Inc.

One of O’Bryan’s primary initiatives is to build a corporate identity for CNV.com Inc. “A lot of people think that Sextoy Dave’s company is just a retail store, SEXTOY.com, but actually more than 90% of our business comes from our affiliate program and wholesale dropship services,” Autumn explains. One of Autumn’s first tasks with CNV.com Inc. was to recreate the corporate web site at CNV.com.
