Wartenberg Pinwheels provide a unique and fun sensation – not necessarily painful, not necessarily tickly, but both at the same time. This is a nice addition to a back rub/scratching (seriously!) Wartenberg wheels come from the medical world, so they’re pretty well put together. This one comes with a leather sheath, which is very nice, because a loose Wartenberg in a toy bag can mean chaos.
