Recent purchase

The package came to us and upon inspection it had a staple holding the outer cover closed. Lead us to believe it was opened before, also the cardboard insert was ripped. Contacted customer support and they gave us a refund. We discarded the Toy. Top notch customer service but if the package was inspected before shipping I would like to think it would have never been sent out. We have used you in the past without any problems. If you have one (or more, I know of a 13 incher in the King **** line I fancy) of these in your collection then you know they're no joke - FAT and LONG.
