The balls which are supposed to roll around inside the plug and produce a special sensation didn't do anything that I could tell. Even with a concentrated effort on my part to make them move, I felt nothing. The overall insertable length could've been a little longer, too -- something between this and the next bigger version. Also, the T-grip is on the small side. Although it makes it more comfortable for extended use, it's difficult to grip and pull on to remove the plug. It could easily be another half-inch longer on both sides and still be comfortable. That said, it is possible to use this for a few hours at a time.
