I seriously thought I'd broken this the first time I put it together, AND I didn't immediately realize that this takes a AA and not a AAA. (The piece of metal sticking up from the base to complete the circuit is easily bent, and the twist required to get this closed and then turn it on may need to be repeated more than once. If that AA isn't fresh out of the box it may not work either.)
It also only has 1 speed, which is not immediately obvious from any of the packaging. Because this is a small vibe, your hand is definitely going to feel the buzz along with whatever you're *trying* to use it on, which may be an issue for some users. Also, the attachments on mine won't stay on consistently.
Now the good stuff: I really liked the pillow for external stimulation (cis woman), and the hugger worked for my nipples. Somebody else may love the flicker, but it didn't do a whole lot for me. The silicone is very pleasant to touch (it's smooth with minimal drag) and I think the blue's a cute color.
I have chronic pain issues, so pretty much anything I own toy-wise sometimes gets used as targeted vibration for pain relief, and for small areas the pillow and hugger attachments, as well as the rocket without attachments, actually helped to an extent.
